Hi Gary, great post. I like the concept, however I think unit-of-work is very difficult to apply with multiscreen sessions or visits. We have different IDs session and without a key (login) to tie the session it's vey hard to do.

The large touch points from the user with the brand (app, web, fan page, etc) its a challenge for analysts to try to have a single point of view of the person, not just the session.

P.D: I hope see you in E-metrics SF again, I enjoy our conversation about Semphonic and analytics. Regards from Peru.
