Hey, that Recency by Frequency chart looks awfully familiar... ;)

As far as markets go, certainly the traditional DBM folks - who live and breath this LifeCycle stuff offline - would love to be able to get the same thing in a web tool. I'd start with showing this to some catalog companies.
