WAA Webinar on Visitor Segmentation

I’m still working on another post in my series on warehousing analytics data – one concerning data structures to help recognize “magic moments” when a customer has a change in needs or a new interest that can help grow or transform the business relationship. Since I haven’t finished it, however, I thought I’d just mention the upcoming Web Analytics Association webinar that I’m doing.

The webinar is on Behavioral Segmentation, Targeting and Interactive Marketing. It’s sponsored by Unica, and I’ll be joined by Akin Arikan of Unica and Anil Batra of Ascentium. I think Akin’s idea in putting us together was to present visitor segmentation from analysis (me) to targeting (Anil) and on to full-fledged multi-channel marketing (Akin). It’s a great idea and a really interesting group.

I’m going to be presenting an overview of behavioral segmentation based on my blog-series and eMetrics presentation. Its material I enjoy and I think the three of us together should make for a rich webinar.

I know the webinar has already registered a pretty large crowd – which is exciting. But the nice thing about webinars is that no matter when you register you get pretty much the same seat.

Please join me, Anil and Akin on December 4th at 9AM PST. You can register here!
