Gary, to have the Multichannel Marketing book undergo your sharp analysis is a privilege. And to receive your kind praise, a badge of honor.

The industry knows you for your analytical rigor and relentless search for truth and the bottom-line. Seeing here what you have made out of a text that I happen to be very familiar with, once again proves to me how well deserved your reputation is. The essence of things seems to jump out at you more easily than to most of us.

Very true, another level of detail is required by practitioners to implement things such as the various attribution models. Practitioners would be well advised to seek guidance from people they trust on this difficult issue.

Please continue to share your thoughts about this subject such as with your post on weighing organic vs. paid keywords. You wrote that one just before the beginning of the previous football season.

Thank you!
